Returns & Exchanges
At ROOLEE, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns for store credit or exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a return.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Choose Your Method
Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or receive a ROOLEE digital gift card for the total value of your return.
Print and Pack
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, then securely pack your items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailer and attach the label to the outside.
Drop Off and Wait
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
